300: An inspirational story.

Plot:

300 an inspirational movie was released in 2006. It is a historical epic action movie. It is a concept taken from the Battle of Thermopylae and the comic book by Frank Miller. This is about Sparta and the Persian’s battle fought, and 300 soldiers of Sparta fought courageously against the Persians, who had thousands of soldiers. But unfortunately, they died.

The Cast:

King Leonidas is played by Gerard Butler, a king of Sparta, and the Xerses is played by Rodrigo Santoro, who thinks of himself as a god-king. And want to rule over Greece. The other side characters are the Queen of Sparta played by Lena Hyaede, There are other characters too like Delios, Thelios, Astinos, Captain, and Ephialtes.

The story goes around these characters. The casting of every actor is the right decision to make an epic movie like this. Leonidas and Xerxes are the lead characters of the film and both casting is done very perfectly to match the comic book characters. 300 an inspirational story where writers are Zack Snyder, Michael B. Gordon, and Kurt Johnstad, who did a phenomenal job for the movie.

 The Characters:

The Leonidas character was very courageous, witty, and in some scenes sarcastically funny. The bonding of the Queen and king was very trustworthy and respectful. Leonidas treats Queen Gogo like a lioness of Sparta. The acting of every actor in this film was very impressive. They do justice to the character.

They worked not only on the acting but also the action sequences, body language, and to look like a warrior the physical body was very drop-dead impressive.

Likeable scenes and dialogues:

In the movie, many scenes and dialogues were taken from comic books. Like “This is Sparta” The good scene of Leonidas and Messenger and the best was the kick and the way the scene impacts. Another scene of hunting the wolf was iconic.

“You see, slaughtering all those men of yours has, uh well it has left a nasty cramp in my leg so kneeling will be hard for me”. Even better is not as smooth as Leonidas’s sarcasm. The action scene of battle and the defending shield scene would shock a viewer.

Cinematography:

The cinematography in this film and the tint used in the movie to feel like a comic book is very creative. The viewer will become a lover of the film and its cinematography, using slow-motion in the scene is very dynamic. The prosthetic makeup of Ephialtes was done very well. Andrew Tierman who played Ephialtes did a great job as an actor.

Opinion:

So basically I found this movie very inspirational and engaging. The way the film got started and the build-up of the character of Leonidas was great. The movie is very phenomenal in the way it gives a viewer goosebumps in the beginning and climax, I don’t find any mistake in this film in the way it gives a tribute to Frank Miller.

The scene was remarkable, the shot of Leonidas at the end of the movie is worth remembering. This will teach you about decision-making, Hope, unity, sacrifice, love, handling situations, motivation, and the most gorgeous thing is dying with a smile on your face that fills you with pride whatever you achieve matters.
