Me Before You movie review : A tale of beautiful love story.

This movie was based on the novel Me Before You written by Jojo Moyes. Directed by Thea Sharrock and the lead star cast is Emilia Clarke, and Sam Claflin. A movie me before you a beautiful love story which gives you wings.

First of all, I didn’t read the novel, but I watched the movie and honestly, anyone who loves to watch beautiful love story will love it. I also kinda love this movie, the chemistry of both of them and the sparkle in both of their eyes. No one can fangirl with Emilia Clarke’s fashion the way the vibrant colours of clothes were blasting on the screen, I was screaming You go girl! 

The rich and handsome dude whose name is Will Traynor was a banker. One day he met with a tragic accident and everything changed. He was living with his parents in a castle, yes you read right “ A castle”. He was struggling with the fact that he couldn’t be normal, seeing him like this, his parents decided to bring a caregiver who is bubbly to make him enthusiastic and to change his mind. Whereas the character “Lou” is very colourful, bubbly, smart, and intelligent, who has the heart of a child.

I will break my review into some points.

1. Acting of Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin

Emilia Clarke

Our mother of dragon, will never disappoint us, I mean the way she held the character in perfection was very impressive to see, the childish body language, and her smile, I mean wow, she was perfect for an enthusiastic and bubbly character.

Sam Claflin

We know he is a handsome man, but apart from that his acting was very good. In the beginning of the film he acted as an uninterested man and slowly he smiled when he became interested and his acting from beginning to end was very good.

2. Cinematography

The film’s cinematography is outstanding, the shot where Will Traynor was looking out the window, it’s raining outside and he saw his reflection. The scene was very impactful, the way it is started.  The shots of many scenes are very beautiful.

3. Styling

The clothing style of Emilia Clarke in this movie suits the character beautifully. The character is very expressive and she has a colorful personality like her clothes.

The bumble bee tights are very cute in the movie, these aww moments. And her red dress, she looks like a Barbie. The other characters’ clothing styling was not as colorful as hers which makes an impact to the film to show her character, she is different from others.

4. Beautiful scenes

I love many scenes in this movie like the birthday scene of Lou, the ending scene, molahonkey song, Traynor’s ex-wife’s marriage scene, the first meet-up of both of them and many more scenes I liked. I like the fact that the small details of the story are exact. The location of every scene is beautiful and the acting is wonderful. Viewers will be crying and smiling with the new hope.
